🍝 Classic Creamy Garlic Pasta Recipe



📝 Ingredients:

  • 200g pasta (spaghetti or your favorite type)

  • 2 tablespoons butter

  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • Salt to taste

  • Black pepper to taste

  • Fresh parsley (chopped, optional)

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Cook the pasta
    Boil a pot of salted water. Add pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  2. Prepare the sauce
    In a large pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant (but not browned).

  3. Add cream and cheese
    Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Add grated Parmesan cheese and stir until the sauce is smooth and creamy.

  4. Season the sauce
    Add salt and black pepper to taste.

  5. Mix pasta with sauce
    Add the cooked pasta to the sauce. Toss well until all the pasta is coated evenly.

  6. Serve
    Garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve hot with extra Parmesan on top.
