🍝 Classic Creamy Garlic Pasta Recipe
📝 Ingredients:

200g pasta (spaghetti or your favorite type)

2 tablespoons butter

4 cloves garlic (minced)

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Salt to taste

Black pepper to taste

Fresh parsley (chopped, optional)
👩🍳 Instructions:

Cook the pasta
Boil a pot of salted water. Add pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside. -
Prepare the sauce
In a large pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant (but not browned). -
Add cream and cheese
Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Add grated Parmesan cheese and stir until the sauce is smooth and creamy. -
Season the sauce
Add salt and black pepper to taste. -
Mix pasta with sauce
Add the cooked pasta to the sauce. Toss well until all the pasta is coated evenly. -
Serve
Garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve hot with extra Parmesan on top.
