Nachos are a popular Mexican-inspired snack made with tortilla chips, cheese, and a variety of flavorful toppings. Perfect for parties, movie nights, or quick meals!


📝 Ingredients:

Base:

  • 200g tortilla chips (store-bought or homemade)

Toppings:

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or any melting cheese)

  • ½ cup cooked ground beef or chicken (optional)

  • ½ cup black beans (cooked or canned)

  • ¼ cup sliced jalapeños

  • ½ cup diced tomatoes

  • ¼ cup chopped red onions

  • ¼ cup sliced black olives (optional)

  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro

For Serving (Optional):

  • Sour cream

  • Guacamole

  • Salsa or hot sauce

  • Lime wedges

Step 1: Preheat Oven

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

Step 2: Layer the Nachos

  1. Spread tortilla chips evenly on a large baking tray or oven-safe dish.

  2. Sprinkle cooked ground meat (if using), black beans, tomatoes, onions, jalapeños, and olives over the chips.

  3. Top generously with shredded cheese.

Step 3: Bake
