A delicious street-food favorite made easily at home! This classic hot dog recipe is perfect for a quick lunch, dinner, or a fun party snack.


📝 Ingredients:

For the Hot Dogs:

  • 4 hot dog sausages (chicken, beef, or pork)

  • 4 hot dog buns

  • Butter (for toasting buns)

Toppings (optional but tasty):

  • 1 onion (finely chopped and sautéed or raw)

  • Mustard

  • Ketchup

  • Mayonnaise

  • Grated cheese or cheese sauce

  • Pickles or relish

  • Jalapeños

  • Sauerkraut

  • Coleslaw


👨‍🍳 Instructions:

1. Cook the Sausages:

You can either:

  • Boil: Place sausages in a pot of boiling water and cook for 5–7 minutes.

  • Grill: Grill on medium heat for about 6–8 minutes, turning often.

  • Pan-fry: Cook on a pan over medium heat with a little oil until browned and heated through.

2. Toast the Buns:
