250g ground beef or chicken
1 small onion (finely chopped)
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp black pepper
½ tsp salt
1 tbsp soy sauce or Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp breadcrumbs (optional)
1 egg (optional – for binding)
For Assembling the Burger:
2 burger buns
Lettuce leaves
Tomato slices
Onion rings
Cheese slices
Mayonnaise, ketchup, or mustard
Butter (for toasting buns)

Step 1: Prepare the Patty
In a bowl, mix the ground meat with chopped onion, garlic paste, pepper, salt, sauce, and breadcrumbs.
Shape the mixture into round patties (slightly larger than the bun).
Heat a pan with a little oil and cook patties for 3–4 minutes on each side until fully cooked and browned.
